The service

CASCARA provides managed creative ideation: agencies and creative teams submit a defined creative task, and CASCARA engages senior creatives and a Creative Director to deliver curated creative thinking, concepts and routes.

Using the site

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, including attempting to access restricted areas, disrupt the service, or submit material you do not have the right to share.

Confidentiality & IP

You keep ownership of any materials you submit. CASCARA treats briefs and related materials as confidential and only shares them with creatives assigned to your task under appropriate confidentiality expectations. Deliverables and their usage terms are agreed before each sprint begins.

Payments

Sprint fees are agreed in writing before work starts. Unless otherwise stated, fees cover the creative thinking and curation deliverable, not finished production assets or long-term embedded support.

Limitation of liability

CASCARA provides creative thinking and recommendations, not guaranteed commercial outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific sprint in question.
